1. Who we are

2. About these terms

By accessing this website and submitting a booking request you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your booking applies.

3. Bookings and quotes

A booking made through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We will review your request and confirm the driver, the time and a price by WhatsApp or email. A booking is only confirmed once you receive that confirmation from us. No payment is taken through this website.

For airport, ferry, intercity and tour bookings we agree a single fixed fare, which we confirm in writing before the trip. Quotes are based on the information you provide; significant changes to the route, timing, number of passengers or luggage may change the price.

4. Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. We understand that ferries and flights are delayed — where we can, we will do our best to adapt.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate pick-up and drop-off details and contact information.
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the agreed time.
• Tell us in advance about extra luggage, child seats or pets.
• Travel with the number of passengers stated in your booking.

6. Our service

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and punctual service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road closures, ferry or flight schedule changes, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Croatian law.

7. Website content

The text, images and design of this website belong to Taxi Stončić and may not be copied or reused without our permission. The site also uses OpenStreetMap map data and tiles, which remain the property of their respective contributors.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you may submit a written complaint about our service to the address above; we will reply in writing within 15 days.
